“The first day I observed the ParentCorps FUNdamentals training, I thought ‘I have to take this home with me,’” said Kecia Rorie, MSW, operations director for Starfish Family Services, a nonprofit agency that is scaling ParentCorps throughout Head Start programs in Detroit. “It forces you to look internally and recognize how your own experiences impact your interactions with other people.
